That is you should brush once in the morning after you wake up from the bed and another time is before going to bed. This will keep your teeth clean and will bacteria and tart will not be formed on your teeth.

Habits are also a very important and you should remember not to cultivate any habit which would harm your teeth. For example, excess of intake of tea, coffee, tobacco will form stains on your teeth and also deteriorates your oral health. So you have to limit such habits to minimum and make sure that your dental hygiene is not affected with these habits. It is advisable to take advise from your dentist for what to eat and how much to eat. You should not wait till a problem comes and should go for a regular check up to your dentist.

You can also try medicated tooth pastes, mouth-wash and other such products that will keep your teeth strong and free from diseases. There are a wide range of products available in the market that claim to take car of your oral hygiene. But you must take care to get a product that is safe and free from side effects. You should consult your doctor or a dentist before using any such product. Since dental is an integral part of our health, we should always take care of it and enjoy a disease free life.
