This seems to be an obvious one but many of us do not brush our teeth
after eating food. This causes food particles to gather in the corners

day; that once in the morning after you wake up from the bed and
another time is before you go to bed in the night.

nutritious food. You should not take too much of tea and coffee that
will increase the nicotine and caffeine in your blood. It also makes
your teeth look ugly and also tarter gets developed on your teeth. You

for your oral health but also they affect your general health too.
